Lincoln Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is an accredited After-School Program that offers middle and high school aged-youth academic support, evening meals, and enrichment/recreational activities during non-school hours, Monday through Friday, twelve months a year.

Micah House

MICAH House provides support and security to individuals who are uncertain about their future and are worried for the safety and well-being of their children. By providing them with meals, counseling,  access to health services, and a buddy play program.

Open Door Mission

Open Door Mission’s campus offers 917 safe, shelter beds to people experiencing homelessness, serves over 4,747 nutritious meals to feed the hungry, and provides homeless preventive resources to more than 1,000 people living in poverty.

Siena Francis House is Nebraska’s largest provider of services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our ultimate goal is to end homelessness by helping each and every guest achieve housing out in the community.

The Kitchen, Inc’s mission is to bring stability and purpose to people who are homeless. The Kitchen, Inc. provides emergency shelter, housing assistance, and case management to people experiencing homelessness. The Kitchen, Inc. serves families, individuals, youth, seniors, and Veterans.

SW Missouri Humane Society

The mission of the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri is to aid in the alleviation of distress and suffering of animals by operating a shelter for animals in need of care, placing animals in suitable homes, and offering educational programs that promote animal welfare.

People who live in our primary service area (zip code 65806), in the center city area of Springfield, between National Avenue and Kansas Expressway and Chestnut Expressway and Grand Avenue are eligible to receive groceries from the food pantry once every calendar month.
